JORNAIS BRASILEIROS E SUA ATUAÇÃO NA INTERNET

Resumo


Este estudo objetiva identificar como os jornais diários brasileiros têm atuado na Internet, e classificando as características dos principais jornais brasileiros nos meios impresso e online. Com base nos conceitos da economia da informação, foram analisados atributos como gratuidade, agregação e caracterização resultando em uma taxonomia utilizada para avaliar os veículos de comunicação. Identificou-se uma possível relação entre o nível de adaptação do jornal ao meio online e a categoria de seu conteúdo e também a grande importância do meio impresso para os resultados financeiros dos jornais brasileiros.
