Abstract

This paper examines the themes that are in evidence in Information Technology Governance studies (ITG) published in Brazilian conference proceedings and academic journals. In order to do that, 81 papers were analyzed, which were published in the proceedings of the Annual Meeting of the National Association for Graduate Studies and Research in Business (EnANPAD), Information Systems National Meeting (EnADI) and the Scientific Periodicals Eletronic Library (SPELL) portal, from 2007 to 2012. The main themes were identified, with the “alignment between IT and the business” being the most recurrent one. The most prolific authors were also spotted.
