Sistemas de apoio à decisão: mapeamento e análise de conteúdo

Resumo

Os Sistemas de Apoio à Decisão ganharam representatividade no meio acadêmico e profissional. Isso acarreta uma necessidade de compreender o que vem sendo publicado sobre esse tema. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho, de natureza exploratória e descritiva, é elaborar um Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB) sobre o tema sistemas de apoio à decisão e, a partir desse PB, realizar um mapeamento sobre as publicações, bem como uma análise de conteúdo. Para atingir o objetivo deste trabalho, foi utilizado o Knowledge Development Process – Constructivist (Proknow-C). Ao final, foi possível selecionar um Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB) composto por 12 artigos científicos e, para esse PB, reconhecer quais são os principais periódicos, artigos, autores e palavras-chave sobre esse tema. Também foi possível realizar uma análise de conteúdo sobre o material analisado. O trabalho que mais critérios contemplou teve êxito em três dos seis critérios estabelecidos. Conclui-se que existem lacunas na literatura, e foram sugeridas futuras oportunidades de pesquisa.
